• Be respectful — treat all community members with courtesy and professionalism, even in disagreement.
• Be transparent — clearly communicate pricing, shipping terms, and expectations with buyers and sellers.
• Honor commitments — follow through on agreements, sales, and arrangements you make with other users.

▸ Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Harassment or abuse — targeted harassment, threats, intimidation, or bullying of any kind.
• Discrimination — discriminatory language or behavior based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Abusive language — hate speech, slurs, personal attacks, or any form of verbal abuse.
• Fraud or scams — misrepresenting items, deceptive listings, fake reviews, or any fraudulent activity.
• Spam — unsolicited advertising, repeated posts, or excessive messaging.
• Sharing private information — posting another user's personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Circumventing bans — creating new accounts to bypass a suspension or ban.

▸ Enforcement

• Reports are reviewed by the team.
• First violations typically result in a warning and content removal.
• Severe or repeated violations result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.
• Fraud, harassment, and illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities, in addition to a permanent ban.

▸ Reporting a Violation

If you witness or experience a violation of this code of conduct, please report it immediately by emailing admin+code-of-conduct@solidprinters.xyz. All reports are confidential and will be taken seriously.
